Contact and enquiry forms
If you send us a contact or enquiry form, we process the data you enter in it, in particular your first name and surname, e-mail address, possibly your phone number, and the content of the message.
We use the data to handle your enquiry, answer your question and for the related communication. Where the enquiry leads towards a contract, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other questions the legal basis is our legitimate interest in dealing with your request under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Providing the data is voluntary; without the necessary contact details, however, we may not be able to reply.
Form data is not stored in a database on the website. Once sent, it is delivered through our backend and an e-mail service to our mailbox. How often each form option is chosen is tracked in anonymised statistics, with no link to the visitor's person. We keep messages as a rule for 2 years from the last contact. If the enquiry leads to a contract, we may keep the related data for its duration and afterwards for as long as the law requires or as is necessary to protect our legal claims.
Form protection
We protect the forms against automated abuse with the Cloudflare Turnstile service of Cloudflare, Inc. For that purpose Cloudflare may process technical data about your device, browser and network connection. The content of the fields you fill in is not passed to Turnstile.
Visit measurement
We measure the traffic and the functioning of the website with our own means. We collect basic technical and statistical data about the use of the site, such as the pages visited, the source of the visit, its duration, the load speed, any errors and the type of device. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used and whether it works (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Our measurement system does not store IP addresses, and the basic measurement uses no cookies or other persistent identifiers that would recognise a visitor across days.
We keep the statistical data for 2 years.
Returning visits
If you give us your consent, we store the cookie _vd in your browser for 30 days. It lets us recognise repeat visits and tell how frequent they are.
The legal basis for this processing is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time under Privacy settings in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
Details on the use of cookies are in the Cookie policy .
External services
If you consent to loading external services, such as maps, your browser loads them directly from their operator, who thereby learns your IP address and browser details and processes them under its own policy. Without consent these services are not loaded.
Service providers
The website, the delivery of forms and the visit measurement are run for us by David Žabenský, i-solutions (i-solutions.cz), as a processor under a data processing agreement. The website runs on the network of Cloudflare, Inc., which also provides the Turnstile service used to protect the forms. Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the USA; the transfer relies on standard contractual clauses and on Cloudflare's certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
The content of a sent form is delivered through an e-mail service to our mailbox. We may further disclose personal data where necessary to meet our legal obligations or to protect our rights.
Your rights
In connection with the processing of your personal data you have, under the conditions set by the GDPR, in particular the right of access to your personal data, to its rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time under Privacy settings in the footer.
You can exercise your rights by e-mail to the address given above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.gov.cz .
